Truly can't say enough about Sailor. My husband and I dropped in together with no expectations and walked away impressed with everything: the beautiful selection of unique, hand-crafted artwork, the inviting and tasteful atmosphere, and (most of all) the excellent customer service. Matthew was so personable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to collaborate with us in the process of picking out my wedding ring. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem!
Purchased some of my absolute favorite jewelry pieces from here. Love that I can find beautiful handcrafted, unique pieces that I will cherish forever. And I know when my husband shops for me at Sailor, I’m getting something I’ll love.
Stopped by today bc something in the window caught my eye. Was so surprised and excited to see that my favorite Chicago ceramicist was represented in the shop (Archer Ceramics). Matthew, the owner, is super nice and helpful and informative! You should def check it out if you're looking for a special gift 🎁

I first visited the store over five years ago. And I have visited many times since. Your shop is a lovely place to visit and I would say it is a destination shop. It is the type of shop you hope to find when traveling, where you find pieces you will not likely ever get again. It is a hard sentiment to create in shops with the internet as a back drop.
