Ordered a set of life jackets, received the wrong set. Immediately sent an email and talked about getting a replacement set by the next week. Sounded good at the time, 5 MONTHS goes by and nothing. The owner doesn't reply to his email, and he doesn't return messages I leave. Half the time when I call I get nothing. Eventually get through, agree to send the life jackets back for a full refund, I ask for reimbursement for the shipping costs I have to pay for HIS mistakes. He says he'll do what he can.
