We stayed at The Breakers Resort in the Paradise Tower during Thanksgiving, booking a three-bedroom suite. We found that there were limited supplies available, such as dish detergent and trash bags. Additionally, the loading and unloading area was small and often congested which caused us to have to wait for an individual to come down from their room and move their car or tried to squeeze through cars.
Great view, super clean and new looking rooms.
No complaints about the resort BUT I ended getting mold poisoning from our room at the Sailfish. I started feeling ill while there but didn't know what was wrong with me. I have called the resort and sent them emails with no response. I was able to confirm that it was mold poisoning from bloodwork.
The room and furnishings were dark and outdated. It was not clean. There were repairs that needed to be done. The room would sleep 6 - but the coffee pot brewed 2 cups. There were no supplies (i.e. paper towels, add'l trash bags) in the room. The beds were terrible (hard). And we got little sleep during our entire stay due to a loud "foghorn" type noise going off every 30 minutes. It was the worst condo I've ever stayed in at the beach and I would NEVER stay there again.
Sailfish Resort has a 3.9 star rating with 119 reviews.
Sailfish Resort is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
