We had a very negative experience with Dr. Sailesh N. Shah and his office. My husband was able to get a quick appointment due to referral from the hospital. Dr. Shah appeared to be very unhappy about it. The appointment was rushed. He was almost rude, not allowing us to ask him any questions. He recommended testing my husband for apnea. We agreed at first. However, having such a disappointing visit with this doctor, we decided not to have anything to do with him. So, I called to cancel apnea appointment. Dr shah and staff the best Tyler is so helpful so caring. I definitely refer everybody to this office.
Dr. Shah is one of the most compassionate, caring doctors I've ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. He's extremely knowledgeable not only in his area of expertise, but regarding other health issues as well. I'm truly blessed to be under his care.
Called to set appointment, they called back the next day and the only appointment he had was for the end of OCTOBER. This was at the beginning of September, I have been calling them every day 2 to 3 times a day for 3 weeks now, on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, NO ANSWER. How do you expect to get business if you don't answer your phone
