Very professional courteous and fast
You never see him. Only on the diagnostic visit. Not preop, not postop, not too weak Followup, but the procedures are done with Little or no fuss.
Dr A is a liar and his staff is inadequate at their jobs. He lied about filling a prescription, said he would but never did and his staff lied about follow up procedures telling me all I had to do was email the results when in fact I had to have an in person visit. Which if that was the case why was it not scheduled before I left that day? Creating an unnecessary 3 week delay. I’ve been going to Dr Arulkumar about 4 years to get ablations done on my knee replacement that has left me in so much pain from my accidents a couple of years after I had one. He has the best bed side manner and is an excellent Dr that cares about his patients. He also has a wonderful PA Cassie that is exactly like him. They make you feel so relaxed and comfortable when you are in the office. I get my ablation done every year and I’d not survive without it.
