OUTSTANDING customer service! I dropped off my genoa for repair, hoping...but not expecting...to get it back by Memorial Day Weekend when we were having guests join us for some sailing. Not only did Tim go the extra mile by working late on a Friday to get our sail back to us in time, but he charged a very reasonable amount for the work. Thank you! I have no hesitation recommending Sailcrafters for your sailing needs.
