RecommendedSailcraft has ruined me. The work here is so good I am always disappointed when I have to go anywhere else. For the past few years, I have sailed around the Caribbean and Southern US. With only a single exception every other service on my boat has failed to meet the standard of Sailcraft. Mike is brillant. Jennifer is easy to talk to. The crew is/are co-operative, knowledgeable, and the costs are reasonable. Expectations are met or exceeded.
SailCraft Service has always taken care of my Cape Dorys. I have always been happy with their service through the years.
Overall disappointed with Sailcraft. Little communication until time to invoice. Better options in oriental.
The crew at Sailcraft accommodated us on a holiday weekend and went out of their way to help us by removing our engine quickly and timely, even tho the repair was warranty work by an out of state company. This is a service oriented yard. Well done Sailcraft.
