I share this review with a broken heart. My friend and I toured a condominium and fell in love. We were on the track of getting the condominium when we received the contracts and addendum. I was alarmed by this contract, my grandfather who has been a lawyer for 50 years said he has never seen a contract so sketchy. We contacted the broker with our concerns. Seems quite nice, visiting a friend, however stayed outside the entire visit and very hot!
I just love living here it’s so beautiful and peaceful the neighbors are nice. The property manager she’s great!! And the maintenance team are wonderful people and very helpful, it’s pet friendly and a Nature Preserve. My Husband and I have lived here since January 5, 2004 I believe, when they were Apartments, and then in 2005, renovated into Condos is when we bought ours.
