Security is not efficient !! Not at all!! The entrance and exit gates are always broken in and out anyone I've ever seen! The security cameras in the corridors half did not work, my husband stole all the tools of the car in the parking lot and nobody saw anything, and the cameras were not supposed to work and to want to watch the videos take months and months to be a disaster !!

Fortunately, the Board for Sailboat Cay, in the last 18 months is making sure that all those wishing to Rent at the Condominium, are screened, with credit checks, and background checks, prior to moving into the building. And of course their is an administration fee, as in all Condominiums As a consequence , and with the renovations in the building, and the efficiency of the Security at the Front Desk in checking people coming in, Sailboat Cay has become a great place to live

Horrible administration !!! – I rent there, looking to move out soon. Roaches, rats, bugs n other pests are everywhere, they send a "pest control" person few months ago which didn't work at all, and at the end I end up spending time and $100s for my own stuff, but the whole building keep having the problem. If you buy, maintenance is RIDICULUS HIGH, that?s the reason of so many empty apartments; and if you rent management is extremely rude and abusing of their power.
