I gave my blood sample last Thursday morning and still haven’t received my results. I’ve tried calling multiple times to follow up, but my calls are either being ignored or cut off. This lack of communication is really disappointing, especially when it comes to something as important as health results. Patients deserve timely updates and at least the courtesy of a response. Very unprofessional experience.
This doctor office is so clean the staff are so professional and Dr Sailaja Raju r so nice she make sure her patient got the care they needed she even call my husband at home
Dr. Raju is not attentive to the concerns of patients. If you simply need basic care for allergies or common medical conditions she is helpful at writing prescriptions. I have been seeing Dr. Raju for around 4 years and I thought her bedside manner had improved. Unfortunately I was wrong and will be seeking a new primary care doctor. Read all the other 1 star reviews my experience with her is not unique.
