Dr. Raju is not attentive to the concerns of patients. If you simply need basic care for allergies or common medical conditions she is helpful at writing prescriptions. I have been seeing Dr. Raju for around 4 years and I thought her bedside manner had improved. Unfortunately I was wrong and will be seeking a new primary care doctor. Read all the other 1 star reviews my experience with her is not unique.

I’ve been a patient for ten plus years-starting with the late Matt Lingle and then transferring to Dr Raju. Monica and Dr Raju’s nurses take excellent care of me and my family
Will never come here again! Doctor does not listens to her patients and is money hungry. I only continue to come here cause she took over Lingle Matthew practice. He was a good doctor but unfortunately pass away. You shouldn’t have to make appointments to be seen every 2-3 months if you been on same medications for years with the same diagnosis. I have found me a new doctor who cares. The only positive thing I have to say is the front desk clerk Monica is super nice and very friendly.
Couldn’t get past the receptionist. Just terrible. Dodged a bullet. I wasted my time calling and unfortunately should have just trusted the reviews. Customer service clearly does not exist in Memphis.
