The Sundancer Grill is great, and the marina itself is not perfect, but pretty nice. Greg and Ryan are totally unethical. They will demand you use only a ACH debit card vs. a credit card and then continue billing you long after you pull your boat out of the water, hoping you don't notice, and the new boat owner takes over the slip.
