Great group and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I brought in an oddball webbing project. A main sheet attachment strap or bridle. They were able to duplicate it with a pretty good turnaround time. We were unable to work out measuring the boom. The first version did not fit right. They remade the piece no hassle and next day to get me going. Highly recommended.
Debbie has provided exceptional customer service on numerous occasions. Whether it was fixing a zipper, multiple enclosure panels, or just taking the time to make recommendations for the best possible fix. The quality of their work was exceptional at a fair price.
We had some challenging canvas repairs, and we were truly impressed by the exceptional care and craftsmanship Debbie and her team provided. The work was completed on time and with remarkable precision. The atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and positive, making the entire experience really enjoyable. We will certainly be returning and highly recommend their services!
