For every bad review that was stated. BELIEVE THEM BAD REVIEWS!! This company! SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVER EXIST‼️ any major problem as a tenant a normal business would address they play games by NOT answering the phone or emails.Sail’s never call you back or if you send an email they’ll tell you “oh we have a new email address” While NEVER EVER addressing the actual issue! The worst management company I had ever dealt with. They SOLD my identity they will ruin your credit or rental history. These people sold a debt to a collection agency in data international for over $9000 dollars they are calling me non stop. The property is in the ghetto, the management team sucks I have to take these people to court because I had to move out due to safety reasons and the Mexican restaurant downstairs does not help I could not sleep for a month and lost my job. This Management Company Is TRASH!!! They Consistently Switch Office Staff & It's EXTREMELY HARD To Get Things Fixed & To Get Anyone To Do Anything At Wyngate Townhomes In Maplewood, Mn. They Lie About Everything. They Tell You Things Will Get Fixed & It Literally Takes WEEKS!! They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK!!! This Place Hasn't Been A Good Place To Live Since CADY MANAGEMENT Company Was Here. Sail Promise A Lot, But Don't Deliver On Who They Say The Are.
