This Management Company Is TRASH!!! They Consistently Switch Office Staff & It's EXTREMELY HARD To Get Things Fixed & To Get Anyone To Do Anything At Wyngate Townhomes In Maplewood, Mn. They Lie About Everything. They Tell You Things Will Get Fixed & It Literally Takes WEEKS!! They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK!!! This Place Hasn't Been A Good Place To Live Since CADY MANAGEMENT Company Was Here. Sail Promise A Lot, But Don't Deliver On Who They Say The Are.
Constantly not available consistently arguing with tenants who want to express their need for change. Many of the amenities don't work in the building. And there is no thorough tutorial for the ones that do work. The is no security, packages are stolen and some of the staff are dismissive If you speak up.
