Juniper Meadows... eagan mn Sail took over the management here in late 2024. This place formally known as crossroad townhomes of eagan. They were pheonominal for this whole time... and all of a sudden three weeks ago I put in a work order for my washer. They replaced it months ago but something is wrong with it and I cant use it. For every bad review that was stated. BELIEVE THEM BAD REVIEWS!! This company! SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVER EXIST‼️ any major problem as a tenant a normal business would address they play games by NOT answering the phone or emails.Sail’s never call you back or if you send an email they’ll tell you “oh we have a new email address” While NEVER EVER addressing the actual issue! My advice DO NOT EVER, EVER PICK THIS COMPANY TO RENT FROM BECAUSE YOU WILL FOREVER FEEEL FRUSTRATED ‼️ Thank you Sylvia Green

The worst management company I had ever dealt with. They SOLD my identity they will ruin your credit or rental history. These people sold a debt to a collection agency in data international for over $9000 dollars they are calling me non stop. The property is in the ghetto, the management team sucks I have to take these people to court because I had to move out due to safety reasons and the Mexican restaurant downstairs does not help I could not sleep for a month and lost my job.
