I cannot reach an actual human about maintenance requests. Just an AI chatbot providing false hope that someone will contact me and that problems will be addressed, and then no one ever does. Not to mention when the chatbot messages me saying a request was completed, asking me to do a survey about how they did, only for me to go home and see that nothing was done at all. Juniper Meadows... eagan mn Sail took over the management here in late 2024. This place formally known as crossroad townhomes of eagan. They were pheonominal for this whole time... and all of a sudden three weeks ago I put in a work order for my washer. They replaced it months ago but something is wrong with it and I cant use it. It leaks when going and doesnt spin for crap during final spin. Its likely the bearings.. its been 3 weeks and ive been contacted once and still no plan for anyone to come look and fix it. For every bad review that was stated. BELIEVE THEM BAD REVIEWS!! This company! SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVER EXIST‼️ any major problem as a tenant a normal business would address they play games by NOT answering the phone or emails.Sail’s never call you back or if you send an email they’ll tell you “oh we have a new email address” While NEVER EVER addressing the actual issue! My advice DO NOT EVER, EVER PICK THIS COMPANY TO RENT FROM BECAUSE YOU WILL FOREVER FEEEL FRUSTRATED ‼️ Thank you Sylvia Green
