Some of the nail techs are very good and friendly. However, some are not. 1 week after a gel manicure, my pinky nail broke off, very low. I went in for a simple repair. The guy soaked and proceeded to file my pinky practically down to the skin. I had to stop him. Then, I waited another 30 minutes for someone else to do the repair. He asked me what color I had on the other 9 fingers. I said OPI Red, a very common color. He was not able to match it for some reason. I didn't care enough to stay any longer.
