Living on the West Coast most of my life, I came to appreciate the diversity of ethnic foods. When my work took me to the mid-west I really missed good ethnic foods. My work has now taken me to the South, namely Huntsville, AL. I have been pleasantly surprised with the diversity of the population and the the many culturally inspired resturants that dot the landscape. Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant is one of those restaurants. I eat at Saigon about 4 times a month. The food is incredible and the prices are great! The service is always friendly and fast. I have always found the owners to be quite warm and hospitable.

Last week I went out to eat at Saigon Restaurant in Madison, AL. After reviewing the menu I ordered my meal. When I received the bill, I noticed that the cost was higher than what was listed in the menu. I informed the waitress of the mistake. She called the owner out since he was the one who made the bill. He told me that the price has been increased. I asked him why didn't he correct it in the menu, or at least let the customers know of the new price.
