I wanted to leave a review as the Managment for this business are exploiters and do not honour their confirmed reservations . I booked for a couples massage for this weekend on ClassPass . The reservation was accepted initially ( I even called and confirmed with them) . I had Rose today and she was super. My whole body is loosened up and relaxed after the Saigon signature massage. I really enjoyed the hot stone on a cold day. The ambiance is calm and soothing.
I called Saigon Spa without an appointment hoping for a same day appt and fortunately they had time! I had a 1 hr Swedish massage by Natalie. Natalie is very experienced having been there since 2018. She focused on my knots and tight areas that she found around my shoulders and back. She was very attentive asking along the way if I needed more or less pressure. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
