I came here on a whim on the suggestion of my friend while we were out exploring Brunswick. Originally, I wanted the chicken banh mi but they were out of chicken, so I opted for the spicy noodle bowl (which my friend also ordered). Being that this was the third time I've had pho in my life, I'll say that I enjoyed this one the most. One of the best places to eat in town
The food was fantastic! Very authentic and fresh ingredients. The food is worth the wait. That being said I did feel the restaurant could have been a bit more clean. However, it is clear that this restaurant is being ran with very minimal staff and they are doing the best they can. For the food to come out so amazing with only two people working a busy dinner rush says a lot about their standard and passion for the food they are putting out. I ordered the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodles). When it arrived, there was a thick layer of oil that coated all the soup and noodles.
