Saigon Pho is a fantastic place for authentic Vietnamese food. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, the portions are generous, and the ingredients always taste fresh. Friendly staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere make every visit enjoyable.
Fantastic food - I always get the v7 (pork vermicelli noodles with the egg roll) and never have issues. They excel in flavor, especially for Maine.
My wife and I went for a late lunch today and had a great experience. I got the bun bo hue, my wife got the pad thai, and we shared the shrimp spring roll appetizer. Everything tasted amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was fairly busy. If there was any drawback it would be that the prices were a bit more expensive than I was expecting. That said, we will absolutely be back.
