Today, my family and I went to Saigon for food before church. I've never had a bad experience there before, but today was different. I ordered my usual "pho," but they didn't provide the basil. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. When I asked, "You forgot my basil," the older Vietnamese gentleman gave me attitude.
Pho is good just on little sweet side for my taste.
There's a fair amount of competition in Rochester for good Vietnamese food but this is easily among the best Pho if not the best.
