The worst experience I ever had at this place. I go here every few months and I have never had a rude waitress until today. When entering our waitress didn’t say Hi or anything. She came up giving the run down of how hot pot goes. We are used to being if we have been here before. I asked how long do I have to cook the clams for. In response she replied in the rudest tone “I don’t know you just put them in. They’re small you only need to cook them for a minute”. This is wrong. Get the large beef round Pho and Nim Chao. Grilled pork vermicelli is also elite. Absolutely on point every time.
Edit: Came back for a 2nd visit and tried the grilled chicken vermicelli and Korean BBQ with rice dishes, and both were amazingly delicious. They really should abandon the Hot Pot concept (not for the Post Rd crowd) and just focus on the Pho and rice/noodle dishes. Place some emphasis on quick, efficient dine-in and takeout service, and business will take off in no time. The current business model will fail without change, which would be a tremendous shame.
