Nice decor but the Pho is not the best. Go to Superior Pho if you're looking for Pho in Cleveland . And their service made me write the review... And I never review places.
Okay. This place, after a couple of times going, it had gotten so worse. Our usual waitress, Phuong was so grouchy. Everytime we went, she was grouchy. I didn't even want to tip. The food is alright, although the spring rolls are disgusting. The service is rude. Flat out rude. I will never ever come back again. Instead, you should try Pho Number One, it's two complexes over.
