I absolutely love this place. I order spring rolls from here at least once a week. Everything is made in house and is so fresh. Their pho is one of the best in the area and their noodle bowls are delicious as well! The owners are so kind and always making sure everything is to my liking. I am a loyal customer and will always recommend Saigon to all my friends!
Food is good. I went there after lunch. There were about 5 people in the restaurant. Tables were dirty. Server wasn't cleaning the table. I had look for a clean table to sit.
