Food: Saigon Casa was a really satisfying Vietnamese spot, and the pho and banh mi are the two things I would go back for first. The chicken pho was comforting without feeling heavy. The broth had a clean, savory warmth to it, the rice noodles were soft without turning mushy, and the shredded white meat chicken made the bowl feel simple but filling. I am Chinese Vietnamese American & this place is the worst I've been to in the entire united states. They charged me a whole extra meal price of $15 when I requested no vegetables and substitute vegetables for extra beef cubes. Even then the portion was very little. The waitress never smiled and was very very rude. There's no refill for coke. Many items were not available that was in the menu & especially the dessert menu. We ordered from here yesterday for delivery. The food was very fresh with generous portion sizes. All of the meats were tender and perfectly seasoned. Give them a try!
