There are new owners, but the food is still absolutely great.
I didn't get to go because the Saigon Bowl Noodle House is "Under New Management". Restaurant was temporarily closed for remodeling.
I ordered takeout from Saigon Bowl Noodle House, and the food was still hot when I got home. The noodles had great texture, the broth was packed separately to keep everything fresh, and the flavors were excellent.
Everything tastes fresh and well seasoned. Will keep coming back.
Broth tasted rich and comforting, and the ingredients is fresh and well prepared.
