I took my friend here the other day. We started with the Salad with Grilled Chicken and two pieces of Shredded Pork Salad Roll, both were totally worth trying. The real star, though, was the Wok-Seared Shaking Beef. Just one bite, and you're basically floating on cloud nine. And don't skip the flan for dessert - it's sooo good!
I was passing by and noticed how busy this place was, so I figured it must be good. And I was right! The Nam Vang Style Rice Noodle here is simply wonderful. If you ask me, the dry version is the way to go. They still serve a bowl of broth on the side, but what truly makes it special is the heavenly sauce they mix in.
Today, my coworkers and I had to OT, so we decided to order delivery from Pho Saigon Bistro. With so many choices, I randomly picked the Grilled Chicken, Pork, and Beef Rice. Luckily, it was a win - fluffy rice and perfectly grilled, juicy meat!
My sister said the Beef Steak and Meatballs Noodle Soup here was a must-try, so of course, I had to check it out! The place is super clean and has this charming, vintage Vietnamese feel. And the pho? I can't say more - seasoned just right, with fresh, crunchy bean sprouts and all the yummy toppings!
I've had beef pho multiple times and even tried chicken pho, but I'd never had shrimp pho before - so today, I gave it a shot. And wow, it's surprisingly addictive! The broth has just a hint of shrimp flavor while still maintaining that traditional pho essence. It's definitely worth a try!
