If you dine in at Saigon Bangkok, make sure to ask for Joe — his service is amazing and he truly makes the experience even better. The food was excellent from start to finish. The chicken mango curry was packed with flavor, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The Tom Yum soup was also a great starter with plenty of chicken in it. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer experience here. Definitely one of the better spots around and I’ll absolutely be back.
As a delegate from the South East Asian delegation, this is a legit spot. Chili oil - S-tier. Amazing flavor. Good spice level, handle what you can. Pho - A-Tier. (Became S-tier after chili oil) Papaya salad (Thai style) - S-tier No pics because I'm a eat first and pictures maybe-never kind of guy.
