If it were up to me, I would not give Saif Latif not even one star. He deserves minus stars. At first, he seemed like a gentleman who respects his words. He was supposed to contact us. He never did. We kept reaching out. If he hates his job so much, why does he bother be a realtor!! He seems lost and confused. Would never deal with him again. My recommendation is to find someone who is competent and honest. This guy is apathetic and a phraser. There are tons of professional realtors out there.
I would highly recommend Saif Lateef to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Saif has helped me sell 2 properties and both times he was wonderful. Saif is professional and a pleasure to work with. He made the experience as stress free as possible for me, always keeping me informed of what was going on. What makes Saif such a delight to know is that he is honest, trustworthy and a man of integrity. Characteristics sometimes hard to find in this world. You can't go wrong with Saif Lateef.
