Customer service awful i had walked to search for simple fabric and owner was rude no wonder they got no customers or business. i was upset because they got many great things for parties but with an attitude like that i won’t be coming back.
They knew little English. The owner wasn’t there so of course it was a waste of trip. They tried to sell me something that I knew the price of from a recent purchase at elevated price. So I went to the store on Fullerton and made my purchase. Every time I go here it’s a problem.
Love this store! People complain about everything, heck party city high also!
