Dr Hardoon listens then includes your participation in decision making. She’s not in a hurry to get in and out during my visits! She makes me feel as though what is an issue for me is important for her consideration. She also makes referrals as is necessary and she does so without hesitation.
I love Dr. Hardoon, she is very knowledgable about any of my concerns. If I have a problem, I just message her on My Chart and she or someone on her staff respond almost immediately. She even called me personally once, after I had left her office a message. Unfortunately it is very rare these days to find a Doctor and staff that actually care about their patients and Dr. Hardoon and her staff do.
She listens and aggressively pursues answers. Very kind.
