I am very disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office and the fact that I could not even book something. I called trying to ask for Spanish speaking and got hung up TWICE, without a small explanation of if there was or wasn’t a Spanish speaking person I could speak with, just a simple yes or no!! I was originally kinda nervous due to all the negative reviews but I had a great experience during my neuropsych evaluation. The lady who did it was very nice and patient and even gave me little cards with my next appointment information so I wouldn't forget. Definitely would recommend this location.
I was referred here to have our child evaluated. I let the referring physician know they should not continue to refer patients here. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked to confirm that I would get a verification of benefits prior to the appointment and requested at least two weeks as I know these things to be expensive. I never received it and calls to the practice before the appointment went unanswered. I also never received the pre-screening paperwork, which is a huge portion of the evaluation. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A TEST DONE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!very unprofessional receptionist,on April 21st 2026 I had my daughter evaluated for adhd and autism,I asked how long will it take to hear back from a dr for a diagnosis,receptionist said it takes 2 weeks got an appointment for may 14th at 9am with DR.MYERS,I was also told by receptionist that it usually takes 2 weeks for an email to be sent with info ect and resources and all the referrals ect i called 3 times to see why I haven't received an email yet with ref... read more
Well I waited 6 MONTHS FOR AN APPT AND A WEEK BEFORE THE CANCEL AND CAN'T EVEN RESCHEDULE DUE TO INSURANCE ISSUES. I'M AM SO PISSED OF AND LIVID THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THE MEDICAL INDUSTRIES ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE IS NEVER ABOUT THE PATIENT.
