The receptionist doesn't answer the phone When she does she leaves you on hold for an extended period of time. I asked to relay a message. She pretty much told me to do it myself by email.... this is not professional at all! Im really upset my daughter is important. The way I've been treated in regards to her appointment was very disappointing! And upsetting! I've been waiting for the documents for the results of her diagnosis. Why has it not been sent? Last year I had scheduled an appointment for an neuropsychiatric evaluation in order to get on new proper medication, it has now been 5 months since i had my appointment, it took me two months of calling the office to schedule a follow up appointment to go over results with my doctor. Finally i had the appointment in november and ever since i have been calling trying to get in contact with them to email me documentation of my results which should’ve been done at the time of my appointment. DO NOT go here. There’s a reason why the reviews aren’t good so do not try to look for the good ones to justify it. They also make you pay your entire deductible no matter what. $1,700 for an ADHH screening. Go elsewhere
Testing was easy to schedule and they often called me with sooner appointment times that I could take. However, the session I met with the Psychologist to review the results was short and the provider did not let me speak at all. The provider just spoke to me and the appointment lasted no longer then 10 minutes. When I got my report emailed to me it had my name at the top but then also had another patient's name throughout the report.
