I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. From the moment I arrived, things felt disorganized and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and it took far longer than it should have to get even basic assistance, Saible Neuropsychology. Don’t ever go there . What I received was nowhere near the quality I expected. They charged my debit card without consulting with me first .This place is unprofessional and Rude. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone When she does she leaves you on hold for an extended period of time. I asked to relay a message. She pretty much told me to do it myself by email.... this is not professional at all! Im really upset my daughter is important. The way I've been treated in regards to her appointment was very disappointing! And upsetting! I've been waiting for the documents for the results of her diagnosis. Why has it not been sent? Last year I had scheduled an appointment for an neuropsychiatric evaluation in order to get on new proper medication, it has now been 5 months since i had my appointment, it took me two months of calling the office to schedule a follow up appointment to go over results with my doctor. Finally i had the appointment in november and ever since i have been calling trying to get in contact with them to email me documentation of my results which should’ve been done at the time of my appointment.
