I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. From the moment I arrived, things felt disorganized and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and it took far longer than it should have to get even basic assistance, Saible Neuropsychology. Don’t ever go there . What I received was nowhere near the quality I expected. They charged my debit card without consulting with me first .This place is unprofessional and Rude. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone When she does she leaves you on hold for an extended period of time. I asked to relay a message. She pretty much told me to do it myself by email.... this is not professional at all! Im really upset my daughter is important. The way I've been treated in regards to her appointment was very disappointing! And upsetting! I've been waiting for the documents for the results of her diagnosis. Why has it not been sent? I asked for paper copy. He said it wasn't ready that it will be emailed.... read more
