FYI, 2 different truck GPS did not accept the given Burr Ridge address. I searched LAT/LONG and both devices said it was 442 N Frontage Rd, Willowbrook, IL. Had a drop and hook appointment on a Wednesday at 1400. No one at the guard shack. In the lot, it's cramped and VERY hectic so watch your turns and spacing. Unless you can see easy parking (and get there before it's taken), best to just park at the shack and walk.
