I called this company the day I received an email that said I could call and reschedule delivery. I called the number on the email and the delivery company said I would have to pay them $75.00 a day to store it if I wanted a different delivery date.
I would have left zero stars if that was an option. I called on a Thursday to schedule a pickup for Friday. I was told anytime after 2:00 would be fine. I took the day off of work went and got my trailer and paid I someone to help me come pick up the crates. We get there nobody's answering the gate. Nobody's answering the phone. We call the main operator they can't get anybody on the phone either.. come to find out nobody is at that warehouse today. They don't know why all they can tell me is nobody is there on a Friday.
