The furniture store hired this company o deliver our couch. They got the couch in the beginning of the week. Was promised delivery around 4 pm Friday. An hour later I call dispatch to see where driver is and was told he was in the city next over. (About 20 min away). I call back before 7 to see what happened and dispatch don't know.
