Dispatcher called me 7/3/24 to verify they could deliver 7/5/24. I confirmed as this is important for project install date. I cancelled long 4th weekend plans to be in office 7/5/24 (and was). I never received a call, text, email, or carrier pigeon. Nothing. Left me hanging AFTER phone call verification.
Saia is consistently the worst LTL freight company we've ever encountered. Amish people with wagons move freight fater than these people.

They claim they open 12:00 Am , no body show up and it 12:30 Monday morning !!!!
