I can't believe that out of the last three shipments that Saia has handled for me, they have lost one, I had to reorder $2,400.00 worth of Stainless Steel to keep my customer happy. The original order was found a week later in a storage trailer in Saia's Salt Lake City yard. The second order was sent through a re-weigh that cost me an extra $130.00, and I verified that the original weight was correct. Dont use them, they damaged my shed and I have spent the last three months trying to get it taken care of. This company should be out of business. I am out $600. Filing a lawsuit now. Be ware, dont use them.
Avoid the Price is Wrong....unless late delivey dates are not an issue for you – On the plus side it is cheap, however you get what you pay for here. Delivery dates are rarely on times and it is standard practice. Equipment problems add to the delays. No one at the company seem to be able to fix the problem. Even saying we will come and get it does not work. Our supplier picks the company and we get the problems. It is a sad mess.
