Do not use this company. I have tried to get deliveries twice. They say a delivery is scheduled, but I called the day of and they tell me no deliveries are scheduled. This has happened twice
RUDE DRIVERS I'M IN TRAFFIC, AND HE'S SCREAMING AT ME FROM HIS SEAT WHILST DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD TO TURN MY HIGH BEAMS OFF.I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW, SIR THAT IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. iT'S ONE THAT I WOULD HAVE TAKEN.I CAN'T DO THAT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR.NOT EVERYBODY'S MADE OF MONEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, TO SCREAM OUT OF THE WINDOW OF A TRUCK YELLING AT SOMEONE.... GET YOUR TRUCK DRIVERS IN ORDER AND TIGHTEN YOUR SHIP!!!!
I received a delivery notification on 9/7 for 9/9 between 12-5 then on 9/8 I received an updated delivery notification saying my window would be between 10-2 so I as I was waiting on the delivery I got another notification at 12:10 stating that my delivery had been rescheduled for 9/10. I called the terminal and asked if there was anyway I could get my shipment today seeing how I wasted a whole day waiting on it and they said they didn’t even have a driver for today.
