SAIA destroyed a machine shipment to our customer in late 02/2025. The carrier never took responsibility of the damages. The damages were done in their shipping hub in CT. Their customer service confirmed that. But only paid claim for $20 on shipment value of $2000 that took over 120 days to settle. Never use this carrier. Worst company to deal with

My shipment arrived damaged, which may not have been the freight company's responsibility. However, their handling of the situation was extremely poor. I was working with the seller and tech support to determine the best course of action (repair or return) for the $16k machine. During this process, the freight company representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and pressured me to make a hasty decision. This lack of empathy and customer service was unacceptable, and I won't be using this company in the future.

I had some pretty bulk crates delivered by this company. I did not hire them to delivery it, but I am glad they are the ones who delivered. The delivery driver (Robert) did a great job and certainly went the extra mile to get the crates where they needed to go. He was a pleasure to work with and just wanted to say thanks again.
