Very good first experience with Saia in San Jose. Juanita Shields was extremely helpful when we dropped off, carefully checking the pallet we had packed ourselves and adding additional tape where she felt necessary to assure our goods arrived undamaged. A week later, on schedule, they arrived in Wisconsin in great shape. Thank you!
I’ve dealt with Saia at a couple of places I’ve worked over the years. They can’t stick to delivery appointments, and generally their customer service staff is as in the dark about a delivery as the customer is. Their transit times are longer than many of the major trucking companies, and freight will often get stuck for days on end somewhere along the shipping route.
