The company did not deliver to the address. We had to drive more than an hour away to pick the item up at their terminal. Poor customer service.
Terrible. They’re company policy is they’re trucks can’t touch gravel roads. If you can’t drive 100’ on a wide flat gravel road, then don’t deliver construction materials!
Saia is the worst. The person I dealt with (Tracy X6605) was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me when I said I wanted the paid for door-to-door delivery not dropping the crate in a parking lot 1/2 mile away. Don't use Saia - you'll regret it.
