Saia is the worst. The person I dealt with (Tracy X6605) was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me when I said I wanted the paid for door-to-door delivery not dropping the crate in a parking lot 1/2 mile away. Don't use Saia - you'll regret it.

Placed an order through Home Depot online. Received email with delivery date, then it was rescheduled. 2nd day waiting for delivery we called for a delivery window and were told, "Direct Pay Shipping". I asked, "what is that?". In a rude tone she stated, "you need to pay us $560.00 shipping direct to us or no table". I said, "I bought it through Home Depot, never saw anything about that". She said, "$560.00 or no table". I said, "where are you, I'll pick it up?". She said, "we aren't releasing it without our $560.00", quote ... read more
