Terrible. They’re company policy is they’re trucks can’t touch gravel roads. If you can’t drive 100’ on a wide flat gravel road, then don’t deliver construction materials!
Saia is the worst. The person I dealt with (Tracy X6605) was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me when I said I wanted the paid for door-to-door delivery not dropping the crate in a parking lot 1/2 mile away. Don't use Saia - you'll regret it.
