Saia picked up my shipment in Houston on December 26 the delivery address was in Austin TX. Shipment didn't arrive until January 9, at 5:30 pm. Our receiving hours are from 7am to 4pm. Truck showed up at 5:30 pm. 14 days to go from Houston to Austin then you show up a hour and a half after receiving ours closed. Horrible service. I have asked my supplier to no longer have your company make any more deliveries to my site. Saia was made aware of our receiving hours only to ignore them.
We have been working with Saia for the last 3+ years. They have always taken great care of us. Ashlee has been our account manager for the entirety of our partnership. I can't say enough about her. She has always been true to her word and jumped on any issues that may arise. My company ships a high volume of pallets on a weekly basis. I have worked with all the major carriers, and Saia is far superior to all of them. I hope to continue this partnership for many years to come.
Terrible service. They don’t guarantee call aheads and rescheduled my delivery 3 times without any notice. This was after the initial SMS notifications that I did receive also being wrong. The message said I had a delivery scheduled and when I called in the operator said there was in fact no scheduled delivery. All in all total nightmare and missed many days of work all because these people and their systems are completely incompetent
