Needs more lighting around company
Friendly, considerate personnel. That's a rarity in the LTL industry! It's nice to talk to somebody who treats you like a person.
Supposed to deliver a medical chair for my father before 5pm. No calls but I see my delivery was returned to the terminal. No explanation and no one will respond to online chat.
