If i could leave 0 stars I would. Please use another carrier to ship your item! On our bill but I was quoted $1733 with a delivery date of 8/29. It didnt get delivered until 9/3. We didn’t use a liftgate at pickup nor delivery and I didn’t check that box for liftgate but was charged for it. I was told pickup for our tiller would be after 3 pm and they showed up at 1 with no call ahead of time. Nice people and genuine interest in the customer.
To start with the only reason I had any interaction at all with this god awful company was because I ordered a printer from Wisconsin. This freight company worked for one of their vendors in California. So the printer made it from California and sat for over a week in Birmingham.
