I have been working with SAIA at the service terminal near 30143, we are regular shippers of freight for the solar industry. Wow! What service Brooke has to offer! Also, dealt with Nina though I don’t know where she was located and she was just as amazing. SAIA saw the human aspect of an unusual situation I dealt with and adjusted rates accordingly. Attention prospective drivers!! Do not let the pay fool you! Not a good company to work for..read reviews! No wonder they have a 2.5 rating! It amazes me that alot of the same issues are constantly continuing with Saia terminals all over the U.S., but evidently it is easier for them to remedy the situation with a generic comment! Maybe Elon Musk can show Saia how to address present and previous employee concerns. Possibly make their company more efficient and not have such a high turnover rate!
