I used to love coming here for YEARS with the owner. My last two visits were far from the great service this place is known to provide. First, the new woman who covers Saturdays, would not wax my eyebrows and insisted on threading. We went back and forth and I gave in and just got them threaded. Cleaning up my eyebrows felt very aggressive. The hours are 10AM Monday - Saturday - it was not open when I arrived at 10:05 AM - that is terrible business practice. Such a shame they don’t value customer time.

I love this salon! Nidhi is so sweet does a excellent job waxing and tinting my eyebrows. Always super kind, quick and professional. I would absolutely recommend this salon to my friends and family!
I hate that I have to post this , but I feel like I stayed quiet for a while , and it bothers me because I used to love this establishment ( I thought I was a customer for life) The owner , Anu , is the biggest sweetheart. She literally makes sure you leave happy and is a perfectionist at her job .
