Thet have been harassing me for a billing issue that should have been taken care of by Medicaid las year. Every couple of months they send me an email with a bill for $320. The last appointment I had with them was in January of 2024. I have been coming to Sai for a year now, and my therapist was great, my psychiatrist is great, however, the front desk staff has some serious unorganized issues. I cannot reach anyone, ever, I’ve had a couple medication issues that I’ve tried to resolve, they said that If I don’t pay my copay, they’ll cancel my appointment, but I can’t even talk to anyone to pay said copay! Unfortunately, my initial experience at this therapy practice did not meet my expectations. I was excited to begin my therapeutic journey and had high hopes after reading positive reviews. However, I was disappointed when I did not hear back after my initial intake. After a month of waiting, I reached out and was promised I would receive a call the next day. I had a great experience with Deborah in 6 weeks of group therapy. If you suffer from any addictions I highly recommend coming and seeing her. Next I will be doing 1 on 1 therapy and I'm looking forward to learning more as to "why" I do the things I do even when I know that I shouldn't. Our brains are very powerful, I highly advise anyone to first admit to yourself that you have a problem of any sort then come find out some Smart Recovery that might work for you!
