I recently attended the Valentine’s Day painting event for kids at Sai Mental Health in Reno NV and it was a wonderful experience. The event was thoughtfully planned and a great way to connect with the community. The facility was very clean, welcoming, and well organized. Regina, who hosted the event, was friendly and professional and made everyone feel comfortable. I am definitely interested in learning more about their mental health services. Highly recommend. Extremely disappointed with the front desk staff, also with the lack of ability to contact my daughter’s provider. We have no way of reaching the provider - no email, no contact except through the front desk. Just tried to call and they kept saying hello but couldn’t hear my response. We received a bill for a service we did not receive. My daughter waited an hour for a zoom telehealth meeting she never received and never heard back from the provider.

This mental health clinic, has changed my life. If you need therapy go here. If you struggle with addiction go here. However, my personal experience is because of Dr. Goyal. Not only is a good psychiatrist, he has morals. I love Sai Mental Health and will continue to better my life through their help. Their staff is amazing and the work they do changes lives, especially mine.

I have been going to the same therapist at Sai for over a year and am very happy there. I did have to cancel once because I was sick and was reminded that the company has a 24 hour cancellation policy. They let me know that I would be charged a no show fee which I understand since it's was last minute. I asked about getting my ten year old in for telahealth but was told that children that age don't really do well doing visits online. ⸻ Parents, be warned before bringing your child here. Our experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. We gave this office three chances, and every single appointment was either rescheduled, pushed back, or switched to a different provider—this happened with both Jennifer Oropeza and Dr. Goyle.
