I have been registered with this surgery for over 6 years and I have to say that they really improved these last few years since the triage. It's easier to book appointments and repeat prescriptions. through the online website. The doctors are more disponible and take time to listen to their patients. The staff is always polite and welcoming.
I e been in severe pain for over a week and can’t walk I have pain in my leg and I wanted to see a dictow but they wouldn’t and phoned me to book an appointment next week I wanted to be seen today so I had to call 111 just to get them to call me this is disgusting that you do it on the day and still can’t an appointment on the day

Absolutely appalling. Don't no why l pay my ns couldn't even get any pain killers for a hernia I've had for two years .the doctor didn't even examine me. I'm 63 years old and still work to pay my bills. Absolutely shocking. I'm so shocked wot a disgrace. I am overwhelmed with the unperthetic response l got from the doctor. I have been registered here for over 6 years! If you call at 8:00 you probably be the 57 person on the line ( I don’t know if this is accurate) For an appointment you have to try over a week! Recently, what have been disturb me personally it was my 3 month old baby immunisation… she made the injection with no CARE OR GENTILITY TO BABY ! It was like it was just a doll!
