I’ve been registered with the Sai Medical Centre for a while now. I have a terrible case of health anxiety as well as other issues such as PCOS and IBS, which can lead to be having rather unpleasant if benign symptoms. Diabolical service. Rude dismissive reception staff without fail 99.9% of the ladies here have a clear aim to get you OFF the phone ASAP without even letting you finish a sentence, interrupting with the “call at 8 am” line they seem so desperate to say. Ridiculous wait time for an appointment that has been deemed an emergency by the hospital that required me to go back to my GP to get things moving, but can’t get an appointment. This place is absolutely awful, I was just number 1 on call they picked up and then hanged up I call back I'm 41 then they put me at number 46 , this place is an absolute joke , you need to get better staff members
