They did not even remove the vents on the ducts. Didn't send any pictures of completed work. Just tried to upsell other services. Not happy and would not use again. Not a good job.

This is my second time using them. Both times they did a good job. You can pay extra if you want them to also clean the area that contains the lint trap. This is not part of the normal vent cleaning but good to know if you want some more thorough, internal cleaning. They will actually remove the entire part and clean inside.
