Spencer's team worked at our golf club (Empire Ranch ) in FOlsom in 2026. There was a water leak casuing mold and we also had to put in a new walkin Freezer according to the managment. Spencer's team came in and completetd the tear down, the remediation and the rebuild in the shortest time possible with beautiful results. The whole job looks fantatstic. The Sahleen Construction team helped us remove an exterior window and did an incredible job framing up the opening and replacing the exterior siding. You'd never know there used to be a window there. They were quick and very professional!

He removed substantial mold in my mobile home and then reconstructed the relevant areas in a timely and proficient manner.
