My Mom late getting to appointment say they couldn't see her nurse told her reschedule or go to the emergency. Mindful now she almost 80. 1st time they rescheduled her appointment had to wait 2hrs to be waited on or as the nurse say work you in. I don't know if the doctor is aware of what's going on in the office but I'm sure looking for another doctor for my mother. Rate this office as a -5.
