Buyer beware that this company has no office or shop front (even though their website and google says they do), so you can never actually chase the up properly. It’s a case of smoke and mirrors as Simon tries to make it look like he is the sales manager and the company also has directors, project managers, office staff, an office, an warehouse etc. This is incorrect as it is a sole trader ABN attached to Simon Miller only. We originally decided to go with Simon and Jenny from Sahara Solar to install our panels as they were recommended by our neighbors had also used them and said they were good to deal with and had a good price. Simon contacted me to tell me that we needed to change the type of inverter that was originally listed and quoted on our original proposal because a newer one was a better option which I agreed to and just asked that he send me an updated the proposal so that the information I had was reflective of the panels and invert... read more

We have recently had a new solar system including battery installed. Dealing with Simon and Jenny has been a delight and they were very attentive to my aims for an outcome. Ben did a fabulous job on the installation and a really nice guy to boot. Thank you all for a great outcome
