My family and I rented an efficiency. No issue with the refrigerator, sink or bathroom but the cooking range only had 1 of 2 burners working (the smaller one) there were 2 plates, a bowl, no flat ware other than butter knives. Plenty of cups. 1 big pot to cook and a small pot that was disgusting, dirty and burnt! We told the front desk and was informed they would do what they can. Rooms don't look like what we saw before booking! It was very clean, but no table to go with chairs, no clock, no TV channel menu, 1/2 the channels didn't work, they didn't clean the pool, trash was still there from day before. Housekeeping didn't come til 4 pm to clean rooms!
Horrible accommodation. Sat in my car with air conditioning on for an hour and they forgot to let me know room was available. Then traded my tower room for worse room because they thought they were being slick. No wifi no tv .paid 600 for a crap room wrong room no service and no wifi. Never ever again
Room was clean and smelled clean when we arrived. They only cleaned the room on the second day of our stay. Was not a family friendly environment. Pool smelled like weed most of the stay. My Son did not want to use the pool when it smelled like that. Internet was horrible and went in and out in the room. When I went to the front desk about they didn’t seem to really care. Excellent location to the ocean. Literally walked around the corner and there was the boardwalk.
Ai booking, crappy rooms, they consider hotel facing beach front. Even when you requested beach facing.
