I booked a stay for a much needed getaway. Ended up in the hospital 3 day before my stay. Attempted to contact MULTIPLE times to cancel in advance and to reschedule. Nobody has reached out to me. Always get a voicemail. I’m still in hospital. Missed my trip. Still got charged. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
Sarah at the front desk has been working here for several years, and she definitely knows her stuff. It is best to go to the office during their normal office hours for best of service. The oceanfront tower is definitely better than the other towers because of its location on the boardwalk and beach front view. I booked a trip during labor day Weekend. The staff is very professional and you can tell that they really go the extra mile.
We love this motel. We have stayed here a few times the night that we come into town. It's just a basic room. Very clean. The air conditioner works amazing. We have always had great luck here the staff is nice. The only thing I'd say is add a coffee maker to the room. It does have a microwave and fridge
Overall a decent stay! Perfect view of the boardwalk and beach from our balcony, with easy access to it. The room wasn’t terrible, could use some updating but that’s to be expected in OC. It was clean overall and didn’t smell. The AC unit looked new and worked well. The location of it isn’t ideal bc it’s right as you walk in and is blocked by the bathroom sink’s wall.
